Our relationship with my patients is really important to us. In a specialism such as cosmetic medicine, results cannot be guaranteed and so we will discuss what is and what is not achievable and make you aware that complications can and will happen.

Our trademark motto is that: looking good is a journey and not a destination, because your body will continue to age and change over the next few weeks, months and years. By adopting this attitude, we will consistently be moving in the right direction of your goals, taking into consideration how your body reacts to the treatment.

There may be rare occasions when the result achieved is not what you expect - this possibility is covered by the consent process and is a risk of undergoing a treatment. All reasonable attempts will be made to rectify any adverse issues via re-attendance at the clinic for a review.
